“As far back as I can remember, I’ve been captivated by the mystery of life—contemplating life after death, the truth of God, our soul, the cause of human suffering and our purpose here.

Even as a child, I questioned what lies beyond this physical world. While I grew up within the Catholic tradition, the deeper teachings of Jesus spoke to me more than the structure of the Church ever could.

I’ve always been a seeker—drawn to psychology, spirituality, and the inner workings of the human condition. Studying psychology in university, becoming a healthcare practitioner through massage therapy, and continually diving into the wisdom of great teachers – all were steps on a path I didn’t fully understand yet, but felt deeply called to walk.

Despite trying many traditional meditation and spiritual practices, nothing truly resonated—until 2021, when I hit a spiritual low point. Lost, overwhelmed, in survival mode and searching for meaning, I came across KAP (Kundalini Activation Practice) and began practicing weekly with my teacher Alexandra @kundalini.arts. From the very first session, something in me shifted. I had found the practice that aligned with my soul.

Since then, my relationship with life force energy—Shakti Ma—has deepened profoundly. And quietly in my heart, I held the dream that one day, I’d share this with others. That day has finally arrived.

After years of walking this path, the timing finally aligned to train as a facilitator under the very teacher who first guided me into this work. It was a full-body yes.

This work continues to show me the truth of who I am and why we’re here—not just for ourselves, but to heal and rise together. I’m honored to now hold this space for others, especially in these times when humanity is being called back into wholeness.”
