“A week ago I followed a call to deepen my relationship with an energy that awoke so much peace, transformation and self acceptance in a short amount of time that it blows me away!

My life has been filled with callings to go deeper into the subtle energies and frequencies over the years.

In the past I have followed the call of the craniosacral rhythm, pulsing like a gentle wave under my fingertips as I supported a birthing mother. Then a sweet, gentle energy whispering for my attention. I learned that it was called “reiki.” For the past two years I could feel something else was coming to me. I sensed it was going to be a big piece personally and in my work.

And then I found myself at a kundalini activation class and it came, a creative, intelligent, transformative, life force energy. Known by some as shakti. The first time I experienced this energy I laughed for almost an hour. Since then I have had times where I felt every emotion under the sun, had visions and downloads, felt oneness and higher levels of consciousness, and more clarity and self confidence in the days to follow.

I have spent the past several weeks training with @kundalini.arts. Alexandra is a beautiful soul, kind hearted, wise and gifted teacher. I am so grateful to be one of her students.
