“During the sessions I have experienced shaking and trembling as well as movement up and down my spine and limbs. At times my head and torso will rise from the mat. I also experience a range of emotional release from tears to laughter. I have had psychedelic visions of colors and shapes as well as the sensation of heat in different areas of my spine; sometimes thoracic region, other times lumbar and sacral area. The experience of energetic tingling in my arms and hands is new and quite beautiful. I have also had moments where I feel I am in the cosmos, no time or space. Sometimes post-session I am left more energetically peaceful and other times peacefully energetic. I leave more connected & excited to be alive and be human”
