“I've been reflecting- a lot of past life integration has happened since I started in this work. We can't just amend the suffering in this lifetime, because it is often connected to something that happened in another. So in these practices we have a chance to heal that as it's coming up and it will literally move you to a higher frequency, instantly. It is multi dimensional work. I find that coming to these meetings to be very grounding and anchoring for me. It is a momentary blast of awareness and awakening. It carries on and affects others. It's really special to be able to have that ticket, that golden ticket, to take the adventure to wherever it may go."
